Founded in 1932 in Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture, we are a manufacturer specializing in red bean paste. For over 90 years since our founding, we have been committed to creating bean paste that brings out the natural flavor of the beans, and have earned the trust of many Japanese confectioners with our careful manufacturing methods and consistent quality. Currently, the third generation has inherited those techniques and passion, and the next generation is learning as well, aiming to further improve quality. We carefully select high-quality ingredients, including Shumari azuki beans from Hokkaido, and manufacture a wide variety of products, including smooth bean paste, coarse bean paste, and white bean paste. We strive to create bean paste that meets new needs while preserving tradition, and will continue to deliver "straight bean paste that makes the most of the quality of the ingredients" to everyone.
